The Vista – Fleetwood’s New Condominium

Affordable condominiums have been a rare commodity in lower Westchester. Buyers who didn’t want the expense or maintenance of a house had to turn to coops as their only ownership option. The Vista, the first new condominium development in the desired Fleetwood section of Mount Vernon, will be a welcomed new living option. Prices for the first phase start at $301,500 for one bedrooms and $396,000 for two bedrooms.

The Vista offers 70 one and two bedroom condominiums 20 miles from New York City and three blocks from the Metro North Railroad. The Vista sales office opened its doors in May 2007, and has hundreds of interested buyers in Fleetwood’s newest condo development in decades.

The Vista at Fleetwood offers the ease of condominium living in a contemporary and sophisticated package. Amenities include environmental control with individual heating and air conditioning units, the stylish comfort of natural wood floors and carpeting, nine-foot ceilings, kitchens with granite countertops with options for stainless steel appliances, and reserved indoor parking spaces. Whether your home has a bay window or a balcony, residents can enjoy the comfort of fine condominium living.

The Judelson Development Group LLC is giving early birds the opportunity to get their first choice of the new condos. If you know of anyone who is looking to get in on ground floor prices for new luxury condominium developments, tell them to act now.  Prices normally change after the first phase ends in new construction, and new condos in lower Westchester do not last. Floor plans and details about the Vista are available from askrey.net. "There Goes the Neighborhood"

A perfect description of the deterioration of the property that is unfinished on Locust  St. and William.  How dare you diminish the quality of this area.

The weeds have what taken over the grounds, and the advertising banner is a rag hanging off the building on the William St. side.

This project has been a mistake from the onset.
